NDIS OT reports: reading them alongside your plan

Last checked against official sources:

Occupational therapists often write the reports that recommend therapy hours, equipment or support workers.

What to look for

Clear goals, a description of current function, specific recommendations, and the reason for each one.

Comparing with your plan

List each recommendation and check whether the plan includes it, includes part of it, or leaves it out. Note any reason the NDIA gave.

Therapy supports

The NDIS describes therapy supports as evidence-based supports to help build or maintain skills and independence, delivered by allied health professionals.
