Limits to know before you buy
- Each pack is for one case.
- Free Check: 1 free analysis per case (provisional limit, under review). It reads about the first 25 pages of text.
- Provisional limits per case: Evidence Check 3 analyses and 30 questions where included; Review Pack 5 analyses and 75 questions; ART Pack 8 analyses and 150 questions. Reaching a limit never charges you.
- Paid packs read up to about 180 pages of text at a time. Very large cases may not be read in full.
- Scanned pages with no text can't be read yet. You can paste the text in instead.
- Questions: 90 days from your Review Pack or ART Pack purchase.
Download, edit and reuse
- Every answer can be copied or downloaded as a plain text file.
- Paste drafts into Word or Google Docs and change anything. They are starting points, not finished documents.
- After 90 days your case stays saved. You can still open and download your answers until you delete them.
Free NDIS Appeals advocacy may be available to you
The government funds free advocates for people with NDIS matters at the Tribunal. Call the Disability Gateway on 1800 643 787. MyRilo is not an advocate and doesn't represent you. It helps you prepare and understand the information.
