Free beta terms
Terms for the free AI Free Check beta
Version free-beta-terms-2026-10-11a, 11 October 2026. These terms cover the free beta only. Paid products are not available.
1. Who runs MyRilo
MyRilo is run by the MyRilo team. Contact: privacy@myrilo.app. MyRilo is not the NDIA and is not linked to the Australian Government.
2. What the beta is
A free, invite-only test of the AI Free Check. Places are limited. We can pause or end it at any time, and access is not guaranteed.
3. Who can use it
Adults 18 or over who were invited, finished onboarding and were switched on by us. Please don't share your account.
4. Cost
The beta is free. We will not ask for payment details. Any paid products later will have separate terms you agree to first.
5. Limits
Up to 2 checks per person per day, plus an overall daily limit. A check that fails may still count.
6. Not advice
Results are information and preparation help, not legal, clinical or financial advice. No outcome is promised. Free help from an independent NDIS appeals advocate may be available through the NDIS Appeals Program.
7. Your documents
Only upload documents you are allowed to share. Check the redacted text before you send it. Please don't email us documents.
8. Fair use
Don't try to get around limits, see other people's information, or misuse the service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (privacy-2026-10-11e) explains what is collected, sent and kept, and what we have not yet confirmed with our providers.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account. We can switch off your access if these terms are broken or the beta ends.
11. Your rights and our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, MyRilo is not responsible for decisions made only on beta results.
12. Law
These terms follow the laws that apply in Australia.
13. Questions and complaints
Email privacy@myrilo.app. We'll try to reply within 5 business days. If we can't fix it quickly, we'll tell you what we're doing and when to expect an answer. For privacy complaints you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
